Spencer Aerospace is an engineering-driven organization focused on high-pressure hydraulic fluid fittings for use in commercial and military aerospace applications. The company specializes in source-controlled, standard, and proprietary fittings. Spencer Aerospace also creates solutions for fluid conveyance challenges related to fitting applications.

Synchronous Aerospace Group

Synchronous Aerospace Group ("SA") is the holding company of StratoFlight, Andrews Engineering, Mikol Missile Air, Mil-I Precision, Schulz Products, Fortner Aerospace, Western Methods, Compass Northwest, and Brittain Machine. All of the company's subsidiaries are manufacturers of machined components and value added assemblies for the aerospace market. SA focuses on military and commercial programs that have significant long-term visibility. SA services its customers through its three locations in Southern California, a location in Prescott, AZ, a location in Kent, WA, and one location in Wichita, KS. Compass Aerospace Corp. merged with Synchronous on December 31, 2005.

Advent Aerospace

Advent, formerly known as Yankee Pacific Aerospace, provides engineered products and services to aircraft OEMs, major subcontractors, modification centers and aircraft owners and operators in the corporate, commercial, and government aviation markets. Through divisions located in Florida, Texas and Oklahoma, the company designs, engineers, analyzes, manufactures, tests, certifies and supports proprietary components and systems for aircraft, including specialized interior products for Boeing and Airbus VIP aircraft and anti-skid braking systems for light turbine aircraft.

Aero Pacific

Aeropacific is southern California based aerospace supplier that provides large aerostructures and complex assemblies to some of the most advanced aircraft in the world including the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.  The Company focuses on structural parts and assemblies made from hard metals and can manufacture parts up to 30’ in length.  

Drilltec

Founded in 1979, Drilltec's products have set the industry standard for protection of tubular goods against costly damage caused by corrosion or impact. The company has been recognized as the leader for thread protectors and pipe packaging systems for the premium oilfield tubular market. Drilltec products are manufactured in North America, Europe, Argentina, Japan and Southeast Asia.

Resco

Resco is a leading supplier of refractories in North America. Resco serves major industries such as steel, copper, nickel, aluminum, hydrocarbon processing, and cement. The product lines offered include magnesite brick, magnesite-chrome brick, magnesite-carbon brick, alumina-magnesite-carbon brick, alumina brick, clay-alumina specialties (gunning mixes, castables, plastics, ram mixes, and mortars), precast shapes, basic specialties, extruded cartop shapes, and minerals. Resco's products are sold under proprietary brands that are well recognized in their market segments for high quality and reliable performance. The Company distributes primarily directly to its customers and maintains a strong, dynamic national and international sales force. It operates seven facilities in the United States, one in Canada and one in the U.K. Resco was founded in 1946 and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
